How do I pay?
UPI, card, wallet or netbanking, paid on the page itself — the order is confirmed the moment it goes through. Cash on delivery is offered too when it is switched on; the courier charges a small extra fee for it.
Will it look exactly like the photo?
These are tied by hand, so bead placement and shade vary a little. We send a photo of your actual rakhi on WhatsApp before packing, and ship only after you say yes.
What if something is wrong with the order?
If it arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send a photo on WhatsApp within two days and we will replace it or refund you. Rakhis with a printed name cannot be returned.
